- Oils are hand-blended in small batches and released as a drop. While a drop is open you can preorder oils; when it sells out, the drop closes and the oils show as not in the current drop until they return.
- When will my preorder ship?
- Preorders placed during the current drop begin shipping October 15, prepared in the order they were received.
- Why can I still see an oil that isn't for sale?
- Every oil keeps its page permanently so you can read what it is for, learn how it is used, and ask to be notified when it comes back.
- How is a conjure ritual different from an oil?
- An oil is an instrument you work yourself. A conjure ritual is a private working performed around one named intention on your behalf. Combination rituals pair two workings for situations with more than one moving part.
- What happens after I book a conjure ritual?
- We reach out to gather the details of your intention before the working begins, so it is aimed at your actual situation.

Using the Oils
- How do I use a ritual oil in my practice?
- Add 1 to 2 full droppers of the oil to your oil warmer — always add water to the burner first, before the oil, for safe and even diffusion. As the fragrance gently fills your space, focus your mind on your specific intention through prayer, meditation, affirmations, visualization, or a personal ritual, and speak a short, direct petition aligned with your goal.
- Can I wear these oils?
- Please read the individual product description. Some oils may be suitable for topical use, while others are intended for warming or ritual purposes only.
- Can I use these oils on candles?
- Yes. A small amount may be used to dress ritual candles if desired — always use safe candle burning practices and never burn unattended.
- Can I combine multiple oils?
- Absolutely. Many customers enjoy combining oils that support complementary intentions.
- How often should I use the oils?
- Use them as often as you would like the energy in your space or life. Many practitioners warm their oil daily.
- How long does one bottle last?
- When used as directed, each bottle gives 15 to 30 burns.

- How long does shipping take?
- Preorders from the current drop begin shipping October 15. After that, transit time depends on the FedEx service quoted for your address, which is shown to you at checkout before you pay.
- How much is shipping, and do you ship internationally?
- We ship worldwide with FedEx. Your exact shipping cost is quoted live at checkout for your address and parcel, using the cheapest available FedEx service. International orders may owe customs duties or import taxes on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility.
- Do you offer returns?
- Due to the nature of spiritual products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds or exchanges are not otherwise permitted.
- What if my order arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item so we can make it right.
